Brown vinegar is the most effective remedy for treating chicken pox. How to use it? All you need to do is to add one-half cup of brown vinegar to lukewarm bath water. Soak in the bath for 10 minutes. The brown vinegar will relieve skin irritation, prevent scarring and help heal the lesions.
Carrots and Coriander Soup
Preparation: Cut 100 grams of carrots, and chop them in a cup. Now chop 60 grams of fresh coriander leaves. Boil them with about 2¼ cup of water until half the amount of water evaporates. Drink the soup once a day. You can eat the boiled coriander and the carrots. This soup is rich in antioxidants that help in the healing process.
Anti-Itch Cream for Chicken Pox
Certain essential oils have anti-viral and anti-fungal properties. They can also relieve the itching you get from rashes and blisters on your skin when suffering from chicken pox. Here is one mix of oils, to make an anti-itch oil for getting such relief.
● 1 tablespoon Fine sea salt
● 2 tablespoons Bentonite clay
● 1 tablespoon Baking soda
● 1 tablespoon Witch hazel
● 1 drop Rosemary oil
● 5 drops Lavender oil
● 3 drops Ravensara oil
● 5 drops Peppermint oil
● 2 tablespoons Tea tree oil
● 2 tablespoons Naouli Oil
● 2 drops Clove oil
Blend all the ingredients together. Use this cream to get relief from itching.
