● 400 gr. of garlic
● 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
● 1 l. of water
● 400 gr. of brown sugar
● 1 smaller piece of ginger root
Heat the brown sugar in a pot, then add the finely chopped garlic, ginger root and turmeric. Bring the mixture to boiling point, then reduce it to low heat and simmer for a couple of minutes. When it’s done, allow it to cool down and pour it into a glass jar, leaving it at room temperature for a couple of hours before storing it in a fridge.
Take two tablespoons of the remedy every morning before breakfast and in the evening at least two hours after your dinner.
