● Broth;
● Pepper and salt;
● Herbs.

Preparation: use coconut oil and sauté the vegetables, except the tomato and cabbage. Put the tomatoes and cabbage in some pot and pour them with water until they are covered. Allow the mixture to boil and then lower the heat and simmer until the vegetables become tender. Add fresh or dried herbs and season to taste.
7 Days Diet Plan
Day 1 – you should eat only soup and fruits. Drink plenty of water, unsweetened tea, kombucha or cranberry juice. Don’t eat bananas, instead you can eat more watermelons and cantaloupe.
Day 2 – eat vegetables and soup. Don’t eat peas, corn and dry beans. Eat green leafy vegetables. You can have one big potato for dinner and remember, no fruits at all during this day.
Day 3 – you can eat soup, vegetables and fruits. Don’t eat potato for dinner and expect to lose 5-7lbs until this day.
Day 4 – you can eat bananas as much as you can together with the soup. The potassium, carbohydrates, proteins and calcium will suppress the desire for sweets.
Day 5 – have up to 6 organic tomatoes, 10-20 ounces of beef, lamb, wheat gluten, aduki beans, chicken (without the skin) or fish. Eat high-quality red animal proteins which aren’t exposed to hormones or antibiotics. You should consume 6-8 glasses of water. You should eat the soup at least once in a week.
Day 6 – you can eat wheat gluten, chicken (skin-free), fish, lamb or beef combined with vegetables. You can freely consume 2-3 steaks with green leafy vegetables, but don’t eat baked potatoes. The soup should be consumed at least once a day.
Day 7 – Eat the soup at least once a day and consume vegetables, brown rice or fruits as much as you want.
