A Tibetan Recipe for Salty Toothpaste which Whitens and Strengthens Teeth!

- Preparation

Have you noticed how Tibetan monks have healthy and white teeth until they get old, even in ancient times when the people from the high mountain areas have never heard of a dentist?

This is their secret:

In half a cup of boiled and cooled water, put a tablespoon of coarse salt. Stir for a minute with a spoon, and then remove the formed foam.

With toothbrush take a few crystals and wash your teeth with this mixture with the usual movements, in morning and in evening after meals (not after eating fruit!).

With the water from the same glass rinse your teeth. In this way your teeth will become white and it will strengthen your gums which will get beautiful, healthy pink color.

At the beginning it is possible to feel discomfort: the saltwater will make your teeth sensitive to cold- hot and sour-sweet. They become sensitive because of the minor removal of teeth enamel.

But this kind of discomfort you can get from the very expensive toothpastes for sensitive teeth as well. Be persistent because salty paste not only kills the pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity, but in a very short time strengthens the tooth enamel and “repairs” the cracks and bumps on the teeth.
